Clearance Services

We pride ourselves on our fast and conscientious service, as such are the go-to Gloucestershire house clearance company for many of Cheltenhams solicitors, property managers and other businesses.

We offer a range of property clearance services.  All our services are flexible, you may need some or all of the following, depending on whether you need a full property clearance, or just a partial property clearance.  We will discuss with you which services you require before putting together a quote. 

We will clear the property as you have requested, either clearing it completely or we can leave/ship specific items for you. We are happy to clear garages, outbuilding, outdoor areas and sheds. Every building will be swept through and left in a clean and tidy state.

If required, we can sort and itemize the contents of a property. We can catagorise items that are suitable for sale, donation and disposal. All personal information will be securely shredded, and we can arrange the return of any hired equipment.

Occasionally, as we go through contents before they leave a property, we might find some money or items of sentimental value. You can be assured that you will be immediately notified and anything we find will be returned to you once the clearance is complete.

As part of our clearance service (this is not a services we offer on its own)  we offer rubbish removal.  We will organise the removal of general waste, perishables, chemicals, hazardous waste and household junk. All rubbish is disposed of in a responsible way.

We aim to donate and recycle as much as we can. So we will always try and put unwanted items to good use, either by donating them to one of the many charities we work with or by recycling them.

We are happy to organise either the sale of items on your behalf, or shipping them to another address. This service includes the packing and transportation of items to auction or to your preferred location.

We can arrange for any items to go into storage for you. The storage facility can be close to the property we have cleared or we can arrange for the items to be relocated to a storage facility closer to you.

If you have any unwanted items or valuables we can offer credit against these items.  We would offset the value of these items against the clearance costs - and if item value is greater then we can pay you cash or by bank transfer.
