The House Clearance Shop has been helping people in Cheltenham and the surrounding areas for over 20 years. We have three shops in the Gloucestershire area. Our services include all types of house clearance from small to large. We understand that if a property belonging to a family member or close friend needs our attention, it is probably because they have gone into care or passed on, our reputation has been built on our ability to deal with situations that can be very emotional and sensitive, and that is why will work with you to ensure this time is as easy as possible for you. We will help to evaluate the contents of the property to save any items that may have a personal value or be of a sensitive financial nature.

We are always around to chat and offer advise should you wish to pop in and see us face to face, our phone lines are open 9am-9pm seven days a week. So much better than an anonymous face on the end of a mobile phone!!

We have 3 large vans always on the road ready to start work as and when needed. We can often start work at short notice as we are small enough to be flexible and will work on through the day until your job is complete.

Our commitment to RECYCLING and reusing:

We are very keen to recycle and reuse as many items as possible.  We make a conscious effort to reuse and recycle at least 80% of the items we clear from properties.

We will always choose to reuse something rather then dispose of it, and so we work with many local charities and organisations who we feel will benefit form the things we can donate to them.  This is as part of our service, there is no extra cost to you because we are happy to help our local community and run a business we are proud of.
